Can't load latest virus definitions?

My Norton Antivirus Auto-Protect is disabled. When I run Live Update I can't load the latest virus definitions. I get the message "You must load the latest Redirector Patch before you can receive any more Intrusion Detection Signatures"

But don't know how to load this Redirector Patch. HELP!.

Reinstall Norton, If you have an older one, get Norton Internet Security 2007. If you need some free ones:
