hello,hey please help me my norton antivirus auto protect will not work it will not let me enable it ,and when i try it freezes up for about 1 1/2 mins and steel it will not let me enable it i need ur help please.

You may have a virus which is preventing you from activating you NAV. Try going to Norton's website and doing a free scan on your computer (www.symantec.com). If there isn't any viruses on your computer, then try uninstalling the software than reinstalling it.
