cant open it up. re-downloaded my order and its installed but i cant open it for liveupdate or scanning or to turn auto protect on. if i try to open the program it says windows is not able to and i have to restart my computer.what should i do?

If you had an old Norton antivirus you have to delete it from your computer and the down load the new one, if this doesn't work I don't know what to tell you.
Get some other AV software and don't use Norton.
I personally suggest ClamWin with Winpooch, or AVG.
