Do you have a router?
I have a router and I had the same problem, it is because there is so much data going through the router, it resets it self. So if that is your problem, go to the router manufatorer's website and get the latest firmware update for that particular router. That usually fixes it, it not then limit the maximum amount of upload and download speed in Azureus. You'll have to expierment with this (trial and error) till you get it right.
