Computer virus?

I think i may have a computer virus. My antivirus keeps poping up saying

Auto protect has blocked trojan.zlob as a security risk.

Your computer is secure.

But it wont stop poping up. How can i fix this?

Ive only recently updated my antivirus and i have run two scans.

It also keeps poping up with advertising popups about downloading new antiviruses. Help?
