I have a problem with Norton 2007, it said I needed to run live update which I did already. But I kept getting this error, and i went to settings and saw that auto - protect is turned off and i can't seem to turn it on. I click the button but it will say ERROR next to it. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it. I just hope I don't have a sypware.

Try booting into safe mode....with networking, try updating. If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall.
