Also I have norton 360 and it says at the top of my webpage Browsing not safe Auto protect off. I kept on hitting the fix it button for norton and nothing is working

your internet might have been down, try to reconnect (open network connection center or something along those lines)

itunes may have temporarily been down...

or...

something might be wrong with your itunes, you can go online to apple.com and get support
