have tried computer scans and they don't even regonise these threats i turn computer on and after everything seems to be working right my computer just shuts down and restarts i also use AVG / AVAST / SPYBOT-search and destroy but doesn,t help would be very grateful for any answers.

Try a couple of things; first, reboot the pc into safe mode by tapping the F8 key as the pc starts up. Now run your scans in safe mode to try to get your problems solved. Second, there's a very good on-line scan from Trend Micro that you can try. It's at the below link. It'll do a very thorough scan on your pc, sometimes finding faults that other programs don't find.
