CJ needs to help this guy... he is hipanic I think... and CJ needs to pick up fellow gang members as well as the guy he is helping gang members to protect the rioting nieghborhood. I can't seem to pick anybody up. No gang members... nothing... do I need to go somewhere? Wearing something? Get a special car? HELP I'm stuck!!!

Uhhh, yea more specific, but I think your talking about the one where you and Cesar (the Hispanic dude) need to go and meet up with gang members to defend the hood from rival Hispanic gangs. Not sure but I think thats the one. You just need to get in a car and drive to the spot shown on the map. If thats not the mission then to recruit a gang member press R1 to lock on to a gang member and up on the D-pad to recruit him, supposing this is for PS2.

You should try this website: www.GameFAQs.com It has walk throughs for EVERY games. Very useful.
Hm...There are many missions like that. Be more speciffic. Try to post the name of the mission. Is that guy Cessar?
