Is there a way to make Avast! Antivirus stop yelling "VIRUS DATABASE HAS BEEN UPDATED" at

I love Avast! to death, and I've been using it for years now without ever having my computer crash due to a virus (unlike Norton, which lets more viruses through than an open sore). However, it's kind of annoying that everytime it automatically updates its virus definitions, it *ba-ling*s and a computer voice tells me "Virus database has been updated". So, it there a way to either shut it up, or failing that, not automatically update my virus definitions?

The easier way is to go to options then to sounds click settings scroll down to update sound and select none

I dont think you can set it any lower as they didnt think you would need to update that often but as long as you follow my advice it should stop it saying the update noise
