Need help with Yahoo Account Security?

My Yahoo Account is being "hi-jacked" by an old (insane) GF who is using my Credit Card information to obtain my account password. Once she has my password, she auto forwards all my mail and changes my password to try and lock me out. I do NOT feel secure with knowing its this easy to access someones account and private personal information. Is there is a "higher level of security" from Yahoo to protect my account privacy? What can be done?

What you can do if you think someone has accessed your account without permission
