I use Avira. Works great. I first started with Avast but changed to Avira when I checked reviews on the top antiviruses %26 found that Avira rated the best of the free ones.

As a gamer I use AVG. It doesnt slow down the computer as much as Norton or Mcafee and it does most of the things in the background or on startup so it doesnt bug you. Plus it doesnt try to get you to install their "premium package". The thing I really like about AVG though is that theyre one of the best out there, its constantly updated (almost daily) and its very effecient.The only time I get a message from AVG is to tell me I have a virus or spyware (Which has only happened once :D)
Avast 4-Home. But then, I've used it successfully for 5+ years.
Avira.. AVG gave me trouble with the monitor. After using Avast, Avira found other bugs
Avira AntiVir. I used it till I bought BitDefender. You can try Comodo Antivirus(I personally didn't but they have a good firewall so maybe the antivirus is the same)

Now using 'Trendmicro Office scan suite'.Since it s been provided free by our service provider........
I have used Avast and it didn't protect my computer, I only got more Trojan Horses. I'm using AVG and it is the best anti virus program I've ever used.
I had used Avast and it works good.
Norton first, then AVG Norton is the best
