Xbox 360 Game Backup?

Hi.

I recently bought Grand Theft Auto 4.

i want to protect my investment, and i wanted a way to back up the game disk to the hard drive on my computer.

I do not want to mod my xbox. since that requires cracking it open and i dont want to take that risk.

i don't plan on selling my games or downloading games for free, i just want to have a backup so when something happens to the disk, i can burn a new one.

There's a program called PowerIso that gives you the option to copy the ISO of the xbox game. But I don't see a point because you can only play the copy if your xbox 360 is modded.
