Car interior paint?

i painted the interior of my car like the door panels and the dashboard it turn out good i used Duplicolor Vinyl %26 Fabric Paint and Duplicolor Spray Primer that i purchased and advanced auto parts am not to sure if theres any paint or any thing that can protect my interior paint from being scracth off because even though my interior looks nice its hard to keep it like that because its easy to be scracthed off a friend of my scraped some off the bottom of my door panel just the other day in a accident with his shoes and you can see the old paint if you have any answers or solutions for this promblem it will be very helpful thank you

you can take and wipe this down with a little lacquer thinner before you paint it,and it makes the paint stick a lot better to it,it cleans all the old treatment off of it,if you have already painted it,all you can do is touch it up some,next time before you paint it,you can quickly wipe it down with some thinner,and it makes the paint stick a lot better,it will be kind of easy to scuff off on some surfaces,good luck with it.

Hum. I am not sure what you are painting.

If you are painting plastic; it is my opinion that you will never get it to paint well enough. You can try a professional plastic paint, IE: what body shops use to paint plastic with. It has a special chemical that causes it to bond with plastic, however you MUST prep the area just like you would to paint the body of the car. You can "Try" using an epoxy based paint, but you MUST sand(!) and degrease(!) the plastic / epoxy based paints are very good at bonding and that is your problem.

If you are painting metal, then the same process to paint the exterior will work on the interior. Sand it to break down the old surface and give the paint something to stick to, degrease it, paint it - either with an epoxy, enamel, or with a 2 part color clear system.
2 layers of clear coat will do the trick
