Run avast! antivirus

Next click on "virus chest", then single click on the file you want to recover, and click on the bent arrow on the top to restore files.

If you can't find the bent arrow (which you should), then click on "File" on the top and click "restore".

(Note: Even after you restore the file, you'll still see the file in the chest. Don't worry, the virus chest makes a duplicate of the file you restore and leave the duplicate in the virus chest while restoring the original file. If you like, you can just delete the file in the virus chest after you restore it with no problems).
