my computer has a Infostealer.Lineage Trojan Virus and none of my anti-virus programs seem it be able to get rid of it. My Symantec virus protector will open up a Auto-Protect Result scan when it detects a virus and Infostealer.Lineage and Downloader Virus keep showing up. It says that they have been deleted by they haven't. I've gone to the Norton Symantec website and followed their directions on how to remove the virus but none of them have worked thus far. This has been going on for a while and I don't know what to do to get rid of it off my computer. If anyone knows how to remove it completely and properly from my computer forever please let me know. None of my anti-virus work, Trend-Micro, Symantec, Ad-Aware, AVG, Windows Defender. So please let me know if you know how to get rid of it forever!

The FIRST thing to do is DISABLE System Restore.
If enabled, this allows malware to hide in the computer and re-install itself. To disable it, RIGHT-click on "My Computer." Select "Properties" then under the 'System Restore' tab, check 'Turn off system restore' IF not already checked.
The next most helpful things that would help you are to use ONLINE scanners from websites to remove any malware on your PC. The current best online scanners I prefer are from Kaspersky antivirus and Bitdefender antivirus. Together, these 2 scanners will find ALL the bad stuff on your PC because they have the BEST detection rate.
