There was a auto auction in the last 3 days using a yahoo-inc.confirmation of guarantee and scam a very personal friend of mone out of 8700 dollars this was for a down payment on a auto and rv that susposely was store at the yahoo warehouse. his auction email was jd433@aol.com and now the money is gone and this scam artist is not on your auction site anymore.

Maybe you can try to follow the Yahoo! Auction's "Yahoo! Buyer Protection Program" (from their help page, http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/auction... there is link to http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/auction... )

I just got a scam email about winning $800,000 through a Yahoo lotto. Found out someone else had gone through it with a guy who claims that he works for different banks. This time he was the yahoo lotto coordinator. Report It
Try forwarding the email to spoof @yahoo.com
tried the same thing with me yesterday. if i can somehow help to bring this jerk down let me know
There is nothing you can do unless you can report it to the FBI.
Check with your local police and maybe they can direct you.
Lot of these scams come out of Africa and nothing can be done.
I have a friend that is a cop check into a couple of these scams.
I read a news item that yahoo says it never endorses ads.
Sorry that happened but be careful on the net.
