The way young women dress in USA...?

Why do women wear very tight, short clothing and usually expose of the chest, belly, and most of the legs and arms? I really feel if this was reduced, it would be easier for men to move on and women to feel comfortable.

Here is a short story, "OMG, them guys keep looking at me!" I say, then wear gaggy clothing and not them tight short shorts and shirt. (she was cutting grass). She says, "OMG, its so hot in them." Duh, like men wear them all the time to PROTECT themselves for debris. She complained and finished when the guys left. (The guys were landscapers across the street).

Its obivious that a women will be hit with a mans eye if something is worn like that no matter who it is "Even a male" because it is an auto reaction our brains create and usually hard to control it. Same happens to cars. (weird).

So, why not just cut the short clothing so men would have a better chance to cut that auto response?

(Yea, show off your body, go ahead and sin.)
