Why Did the Single Cell Evolve?

If The Single Cell Already

-Digested it's own food without a stomach

-Protected itself without an Auto Immune System

-Reproduced without sexual organs

Why Would It Evolve to Develop

-A Stomach

-An Auto Immunity System

-Sexual Organs?

Anybody Know This One? My science class wants to know.

Let's assume at one point billions of years ago there was only one type of cell. It spread to fill the lake it was in. Because of mutation caused by radiation and chemical exposure the cells on the north end of the lake came to have a structure that allowed them to swim faster than the cells on the south end of the lake. Now there are 2 species of cells and one becomes the prey of the other. Some cells on the south end mutate to secrete a chemical that disables the north enders. The south enders are now dominant. Forever onward dominance depends on changing to keep ahead of the competitors. Evolution is born and over billions of years results in the diversity of present day earth.
God told it to!!!
You're thinking in a straight line. Evolution has to do with billions of genetic hits and misses. Failure, success, changing environments, mass extinctions etc.... To ask why did the single cell evolve to develop a
